Thinking About My Future
Adulthood feels like a scarily big step for me. If I'm being honest, I don't completely feel ready to move
into early adulthood. However, even if I don't feel quite ready, time still goes on. Nobody goes into adulthood
perfectly. It's always a bumpy journey, however this type of road is what forces us to learn and adapt. That's what
makes someone human. Taking this into account, thinking about my future feels like uncovering a new secret forest
hidden in the mystery of life. At first, it feels scary to traverse, but it also gives me hope and excitement for what lies ahead.
However, I still find reflecting on where I will be important in order for me to know exactly where I want my actions to take me.
Where Will I Be in 10 Years?
In ten years, you will most likely see me at my workplace, designing optimal machines for the operations of several industries.
Not only will I have achieved a stable financial state, I also will have bought my own house, my own car,
and I will have my own partner with my own two kids. Both of whom I fully support in their academic and holistic
development as a father.
How Will I get There?
The main value guiding me to this destination is definitely Magis. Magis not only in academics, but also in
achieving all of my emotional and psychosocial goals. Aside from this is also a guiding characteristic of proactiveness and
responsibility in acting towards the goals I've set for myself.
